This is an overwhelming figure, but it appears that stress isn\u2019t taken as seriously as physical ailments. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Stress is a gateway to further mental health problems such as anxiety, and depression, as well as physical risk factors such as insomnia, problems with our immunity and even digestion.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Due to the \u201cgo-go-go\u201d nature of society and the constant need to fill time by being productive. It feels like pressure on either side of your head and can even bring with it some neck and shoulder pain.
