Kortext partners with Campus Books Limited to advance digital learning and eBook adoption across New Zealand

London, 20 May 2026 – Kortext, a global leader in digital learning and student engagement platforms and Campus Books New Zealand (CBNZ), the leading academic retailer in New Zealand, have established a strategic partnership.

This collaboration will provide higher education students with greater flexibility and choice over their resource provision in line with increased interest in digital and eBook options.

This partnership unites CBNZ’s customers with the Kortext inventory of 3.5 million+ eTextbooks from over 10,500 publishers. Meaning that students can purchase titles set by their institution’s reading lists through CBNZ and access them in Kortext’s accessible and interactive digital space.

Kortext provide their digital learning resources via Kortext study, an intuitive, future-facing digital study space, providing a comprehensive toolbox of features that encourage learners to deeply engage with their resources. These tools include rich text notetaking, flashcards, personal storage space, offline reading, customisable display options and collaborative study groups.

Campus Books brings a deep understanding of the New Zealand education landscape. Students can now seamlessly choose between digital and physical resources through a single, trusted local provider. Their new “Digital Value-Add” service provides students access to enhanced digital course notes, making learning accessible, interactive, and portable, beyond the capabilities of standard PDF resources.

“We’re excited to collaborate with the team at Campus Books to provide digital resources via Kortext for New Zealand’s higher education institutions and their students. Together, we work towards our shared mission to remove barriers to learning and provide flexible solutions that ultimately promote student success.”

Paul Johnson, Partnerships Director, Kortext.

“By partnering with Kortext, we are transitioning from being a traditional bookseller to a modern learning-enablement partner. We recognise that today’s students require flexibility; they want the tactile reliability of a physical book for deep focus and the interactive, search-optimised features of a digital platform for active study. This partnership provides exactly that—a world-class digital experience backed by local New Zealand support.”

John Chisholm, Director, Campus Books Limited
