Greater visibility of accessibility features across collections & purchasingÂ
As part of the latest release, a new accessibility section has been added to book details across Kortext acquire and Kortext study, providing clear and consistent visibility into the accessibility features supported by each title. All information is drawn from publisher supplied metadata, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the platform. Accessibility information is shown on a per‑title basis and is displayed only where publishers provide this data to Kortext.
These updates help to:Â
- Enable learners to choose content that meets their accessibility needsÂ
- Facilitates quick and confident librarian review of accessibility provisionÂ
- Support institutional reporting and informed decision‑making around inclusive learning resourcesÂ
