Greater visibility of accessibility features across collections & purchasing 

As part of the latest release, a new accessibility section has been added to book details across Kortext acquire and Kortext study, providing clear and consistent visibility into the accessibility features supported by each title. All information is drawn from publisher supplied metadata, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the platform. Accessibility information is shown on a per‑title basis and is displayed only where publishers provide this data to Kortext.

These updates help to: 

• Enable learners to choose content that meets their accessibility needs 

• Facilitates quick and confident librarian review of accessibility provision 

• Support institutional reporting and informed decision‑making around inclusive learning resources

In the title reader

Accessibility information is now included within the reader’s book information view, so learners can review available features as they engage with content. 

In the bookshelf, library and collections

Book information accessed from the bookshelf, the Kortext library and collections now includes accessibility details as part of the browsing and discovery experience. 

Kortext acquire

Accessibility information is now available within book details in acquire, supporting selection and purchasing workflows.
